Associa in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Concierge to be the first point of contact for homeowners and the Community Manager. You will assist residents, perform daily walking inspections, and report issues to the Community Manager.

Availability may include holidays, weekdays, and weekends, and responsibilities include accepting packages and logging deliveries. This full-time role requires clear English communication, a high school diploma or GED, and about 3 years of related experience.

Formación

• Good oral and written communication abilities.
• High school diploma and/or GED required.
• Three years of related experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Accept packages for residents and log receipt.
• Conduct daily walking inspections and report issues.
• Respond to homeowner inquiries and track requests.
• Notify community manager of issues and distribute notices.
• Provide a daily summary of activities and notes.
