Valley View Haven Inc is seeking a dedicated LPN to support residents in our Personal Care community. You will provide nursing care, guide Resident Assistants, and ensure compliance with standards while upholding our mission-driven values.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania Practical Nursing License (LPN)
• Knowledge of Personal Care Home regulations and guidelines
• Ability to lead, guide, and support Resident Assistants
• Strong communication skills in English

Responsibilities

• Provide resident services including personal care, medication support, meals, and activities
• Direct the day-to-day work of Resident Assistants with guidance and oversight
• Review resident support plans and monitor care needs
• Ensure compliance with regulations, policies, and clinical standards
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and incident reports
