• Current LPN license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and deliver care including medication administration and treatments as ordered.
• Conduct regular rounds to monitor resident activity and ensure quality care.
• Communicate with residents, family, physicians and supervisor about resident status.
• Maintain up-to-date medical records during shift.
• Perform other tasks as required.
