Qualifications

• Perform vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure.
• Provide basic nursing care, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as eating, toileting, and transferring.
• Participate in care planning and development of individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless continuity of care.
