Job summary

Garden Spot Village seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for Personal Care evenings. This full-time role supports Mountain View residents with daily living activities, medication administration, and supervision of Resident Assistants and Med Techs.

You’ll work 2:30pm–11:00pm, every other weekend, with competitive benefits including health insurance, 401(k) with company match, tuition assistance, and a $2.50 shift differential on top of base pay starting at $30.50/hr.

Qualifications

• Pennsylvania LPN license required.
• Ability to rotate shifts and weekends.
• Strong patient service orientation and communication skills.
• Proven organizational and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Follow policies and comply with Code of Conduct and regulations.
• Perform daily rounds to ensure resident care and safety.
• Assist with admissions, transfers, discharges and end-of-life care.
• Administer medications as prescribed and ensure MAR accuracy.
• Document medical records and reporting forms accurately.
• Oversee staff documentation and ensure orders are processed.
