Job summary

Arlo Hotels, a boutique independent lifestyle hotel, seeks an Overnight Lobby Host to help welcome guests, check them in and out, and ensure a smooth arrival and departure experience at the Miami location.

This role emphasizes courtesy, responsiveness, and the ability to juggle tasks such as luggage handling, coordinating with front desk and valet services, and delivering memorable guest moments during the overnight shift.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, retail or service industries preferred.
• Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 6 hours).
• Basic computer and typing skills.

• Coordinates and multitasks in a busy environment.
• Assists with summoning valet service to park guests’ vehicles.
• Assists with summoning cabs for guests and clients.
• Welcomes guests, checks them in/out, processes payments, and manages reservations overnight.
