Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, retail, or services industries preferred.
• Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 6 hours).
• Proficient computer and typing skills.
• Available for overnight shifts.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and manage check-in/out tasks.
• Assist with reservations via phone, walk-in, email.
• Balance cash daily and handle deposits.
• Upsell rooms to maximize revenues.
• Coordinate with front desk and valets for guest services.
• Provide concierge services and resolve guest concerns.
