Job summary

Arlo Williamsburg is seeking an Overnight Lobby Host to welcome guests with a warm, professional demeanor and to manage check-in/out processes. You will assist with luggage, coordinate with valet and front desk, and ensure a seamless guest experience through accurate billing and reservations.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, retail or services preferred.
• Stand for extended periods of time (up to 6 hours).
• Proficient in computer and typing skills.
• Available for overnight shifts.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
• Assist with check-in and check-out using kiosk and manual methods.
• Handle guest luggage and escort to rooms when needed.
• Process billing, reservations and related guest account modifications.
• Coordinate with Front Desk and valet services to ensure smooth arrivals.
