Job summary

Detroit’s Colony Club is seeking a Lobby Attendant/Security Guard for overnight shifts to ensure a safe, welcoming environment for tenants and vendors. Schedule: Mon, Tue, Wed, Fri, 11pm–7am, 32 hours per week.

The role combines security duties with light janitorial tasks and guest logging in a professional setting. Responsibilities include greeting tenants and vendors, monitoring security cameras, providing building information, and reporting issues to the on-duty manager.

Qualifications

• Must pass a background check.
• Experience as lobby attendant/security preferred.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Professional appearance.

Responsibilities

• Stay tenant focused to provide an excellent tenant experience.
• Greet tenants and vendors in a professional and friendly manner upon arrival and departure to the building.
• Provide tenants and vendors with information pertaining to the building.
• Light janitorial work including floor care and trash removal.
