Job summary

Rogers Group, Inc. seeks an Overnight Loader Operator for our plant in Bronte, Texas. The ideal candidate has at least one year of experience in a production role and a strong commitment to safety excellence.

Responsibilities include operating and monitoring the crushing facility, routine maintenance, and handling production equipment as needed. Overtime and weekend work may be required, with access to our competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience operating a crushing plant.
• Experience with fixed plant maintenance or related industry is required.
• Knowledge of wash plant and crusher equipment.
• Capable of safety and maintenance inspections throughout the day.
• Ability to troubleshoot and demonstrate equipment knowledge.
• Experience with crushers, conveyors and screens preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Team player mentality.
• Outdoor work in varied weather with dust, noise, heat and cold.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening.
• Overtime may be required, including Saturdays.

Responsibilities

Rogers Group is seeking an Overnight Loader Operator for our Plant located in Bronte, Texas. The successful candidate for this role will have at least one year experience in a production role and possess a strong commitment to safety excellence.

Responsibilities that include but are not limited to:

• Operating and monitoring a crushing facility
• Routine equipment / plant maintenance, and involvement with plant improvement projects
• Operating production equipment as needed – such as a haul truck, wheeled loader, or skid steer
• Clean-up around site
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Uncompromising focus on safety excellence.
• 1+ years of experience operating a crushing plant preferred.
• Previous fixed plant maintenance or related industry experience is required.
• Knowledge of wash plant and crusher equipment.
• Able to do safety and maintenance inspections throughout the day.
• Capable of demonstrating equipment and troubleshooting knowledge.
• Experience working with crushers, conveyors and screens preferred.
• Ability to understand basic safety and work instruction.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills required.
• Team player mentality.
• Working outdoors in varied weather conditions with the probability of dust, noise, heat, and cold.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening.
• Overtime is required as needed and may include Saturdays.
