Job summary

Rogers Group, Inc. is seeking a Loader Operator for our Bronte plant in Texas. The role requires operating and monitoring a crushing facility, performing routine maintenance, and supporting site safety initiatives.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year of production experience, familiarity with crushers, conveyors, and screens, and solid communication skills. Overtime and weekend work may be required; we offer competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in a production/plant environment with a strong emphasis on safety.
• 1+ years operating a crushing plant is preferred.
• Previous fixed plant maintenance or related industry experience is required.
• Knowledge of wash plant and crusher equipment.
• Capable of demonstrating equipment and troubleshooting knowledge.
• Experience working with crushers, conveyors and screens is preferred.
• Ability to understand basic safety protocols and work instructions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Team player mentality with reliability.
• Outdoor work in varied weather, with dust, noise, heat and cold.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening.
• Overtime may be required, including Saturdays.

Rogers Group is seeking a Loader Operator for our Plant located in Bronte Texas. The successful candidate for this role will have at least one year experience in a production role and possess a strong commitment to safety excellence.

Responsibilities

• Operating and monitoring a crushing facility
• Routine equipment / plant maintenance, and involvement with plant improvement projects
• Operating production equipment as needed – such as a haul truck, wheeled loader, or skid steer
• Clean-up around site
• Other duties as assigned
