Job summary

Rogers Group, Inc. seeks a Loader Operator for our Vega, Texas plant. The successful candidate will have at least one year of experience in a production role and a strong commitment to safety excellence.

Responsibilities include operating a crushing facility, performing routine maintenance, and assisting with plant improvement projects. Overtime may be required, including Saturdays, and work is outdoors in varied weather.

Qualifications

• Safety-focused with adherence to site rules and PPE requirements.
• Minimum 1+ years of experience operating a crushing plant preferred.
• Experience with fixed plant maintenance or related industry is required.
• Knowledge of wash plant and crusher equipment.
• Able to perform safety and maintenance inspections throughout the day.
• Capable of troubleshooting and demonstrating equipment knowledge.
• Experience with crushers, conveyors and screens preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Outdoor work in varied weather conditions with potential dust/noise.
• Overtime may be required, including Saturdays.

Job Summary

Rogers Group is seeking a Loader Operator for our plant located in Vega, Texas. The successful candidate will have at least one year of experience in a production role and possess a strong commitment to safety excellence.

Responsibilities

• Operating and monitoring a crushing facility
• Routine equipment/plant maintenance, and involvement with plant improvement projects
• Operating production equipment as needed – such as a haul truck, wheeled loader, or skid steer
• Clean‑up around site
• Other duties as assigned
