Nestlé Health Science is seeking a Lead Operator for the Kitchen Department on the overnight shift (Sunday–Friday, 10:30 PM–7:00 AM) at our Texas facility. You will lead daily operations, set up and operate packaging machinery, and ensure GMP/SOP compliance while coaching the team.

The role requires 2+ years of manufacturing experience, a high school diploma or GED, and proficiency with digital tools. Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work overtime is expected.

Qualifications

• Prior machine operator experience required.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English.
• Comfortable with computers, tablets, and other digital tools.

Responsabilités

• Lead daily operations and manage the department in the absence of a supervisor or manager.
• Assign tasks and support team to meet production goals.
• Operate, setup, clean, and adjust machinery independently and with a team.
• Monitor and control process parameters for accuracy and traceability.
• Perform quality checks and in-process inspections.
• Train and mentor colleagues on procedures, safety, and equipment.
• Identify and escalate issues to supervisors when needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
