Job summary

Nestlé Health Science is seeking a Senior Operator to power the world’s most loved brands by delivering quality, care, and consistency in every product. You’ll lead more complex manufacturing tasks, ensure equipment runs safely and efficiently, and collaborate across teams to bring trusted products to life.

This role supports the Kitchen Department with a Monday–Friday schedule, onboarding, and site-based work in Texas. Competitive pay and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 years of manufacturing or factory experience preferred.
• Able to read, write, and understand English.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, bend, and move throughout shift.
• Able to work at heights up to 25 feet.

Responsibilities

• Set up, clean, operate, and maintain equipment and machinery.
• Monitor and control process parameters to meet safety and quality standards.
• Operate automated systems using HMI technology.
• Perform in-process checks and quality inspections.
• Accurately scale and measure ingredients.
• Complete data entry using paper forms, computers, or tablets.
• Collaborate across departments to meet production goals.
• Follow safety rules, SOPs and cGMP guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
