MGM Springfield is seeking a Lead Kitchen Cleaner to maintain pristine dishware, glassware and flatware while guiding a small team in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen. The role requires leadership, reliability and a strong commitment to sanitation.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in kitchen stewarding, is able to work overnights, weekends and holidays, and understands health and safety regulations. MGM offers competitive wages and employee benefits in a dynamic entertainment environment.

Formación

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
• 2+ years of kitchen worker experience in a similar high-volume environment.
• Able and willing to work overnight, weekends and holidays.
• Lead or supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge of health, safety and sanitation regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Remove and stack washed dinnerware, flatware, and glassware.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of supply/storage areas.
• Receive soiled dinnerware and sort items.
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors and clean areas.
• Check the dishwasher and maintain equipment.
• Transport and dispose of garbage.
• Assist team to uphold cleanliness standards.
