The role requires 2+ years in a laboratory setting with leadership experience preferred, and a strong emphasis on regulatory compliance and teamwork. Benefits start day one.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of related laboratory experience required.
• 1+ years of leadership/management experience preferred.
• Active phlebotomy practice knowledge and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Participates in performance improvement activities and staff evaluation.
• Coordinates and facilitates clinical experiences for students.
• Ensures departmental safety policies and PPE usage.
