Wonder in Blue Bell, PA is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead our kitchen team and ensure top quality meals and service. You will oversee opening, prep, and closing duties, work with the chef leadership team, and manage stock and orders.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of supervisory experience in a QSR or full-service restaurant, strong communication, and a commitment to safety and sanitation. This is a full/part-time role with overnight shifts and premium pay.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 1 year supervising in a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) or full-service restaurant.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and a strong drive for efficiency and accuracy.
• Demonstrates professionalism and adheres to policies and procedures.
• Must be able to exhibit effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong team player.
• Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the US.
• Food Manager Certificate as required by State, County or Local Health Departments.

Aufgaben

• Lead the restaurant team members in all aspects of service, including opening, prep, and closing duties.
• Work with the chef leadership team and other departments to ensure high quality service for guests.
• Receive and process all kitchen orders and deliveries per company protocol.
• Maintain communication with staff to ensure adequate stock and assist with supplies and ordering.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and hygiene practices are followed across back-of-house areas.
• Monitor kitchen costs and ensure budget guidelines are followed.
• Ensure kitchen equipment is used safely and is in full working order.
• Conduct briefings with front and back-of-house staff pre- and post-service.
• Present a professional and ethical leadership style at all times.
• Participate in training, coaching, and development for restaurant employees.
