Wonder is seeking a Shift Supervisor to oversee kitchen operations, ensuring top-notch food quality and service at King of Prussia. You will lead the team through opening, prep, service, and closing, coordinating with chefs and departments to maintain stock, safety, and quality standards.

The role involves training, coaching, and maintaining professional leadership while adhering to company policies and sanitation practices. Evening and weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising in a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) or full-service restaurant.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and adherence to policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead the restaurant team in opening, prep, and closing duties.
• Coordinate with chef leadership and other departments to ensure high-quality service.
• Receive and process kitchen orders and deliveries per protocol; manage stock and supplies.
• Ensure safety, sanitation, and hygiene practices across back-of-house areas.
• Monitor costs and ensure budget guidelines are followed.
• Conduct pre- and post-service briefings with front/back-of-house staff.
