Northwood Hospitality LLC is seeking a Cook 2 to support our culinary team in Charlotte with an overnight shift. You will prepare a variety of dishes, ensure consistent quality, and uphold food safety standards while collaborating with the sous and executive chefs.

The ideal candidate has prior kitchen experience, strong cooking skills, and a Food Handler's Certification. You will assist with inventory and catering support as needed and contribute to guest satisfaction in a hotel setting.

• Previous experience as a cook in a restaurant or hotel kitchen preferred.
• Strong culinary skills and knowledge of cooking techniques.
• Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Team player with ability to follow instructions.
• Food Handler's Certification required.
