Job summary

Qualifications

• High-school diploma or equivalent; plastics/engineering tech background preferred.
• 2–4 years of injection-molding setup and processing experience.
• Completion of Paulson Molding II and AIM Molding I certification required or to be obtained within defined timeframe.

Responsibilities

• Conduct startups for all production runs using validated parameters.
• Perform in-process troubleshooting for molding, machine, and equipment issues.
• Perform setups independently to support production schedules.
• Assist Process Technician I during setups with hands-on guidance and verification.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Quality to address process or product issues and implement corrective actions.
• Execute proper shutdowns including purging, material changes, and documentation handoff.
