Job summary

Advanced Molding Technologies, LLC in Circle Pines, MN seeks a Process Technician II to operate, troubleshoot, and optimize injection molding lines within ISO 13485 and cGMP frameworks. You will support production, mentor junior technicians, and collaborate with Quality, Engineering, and Maintenance to resolve issues.

Qualifications

• High-school diploma or equivalent; technical certificate or degree preferred in plastics or engineering technology.
• 3+ years injection-molding setup and processing experience; medical-device or regulated manufacturing experience preferred.
• Training through AIM/Beaumont, RJG or Paulson preferred and may be offered.

Responsibilities

• Conduct startups for production runs using validated parameters.
• Perform in-process troubleshooting for molding, machine, and auxiliary equipment issues.
• Perform setups to support production schedules and coverage needs; mentor Process Technician I as needed.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Quality to address process or product issues.
