Job summary

Target is seeking an Inbound Expert to deliver a welcoming guest experience on the General Merchandise floor. You will support inventory, pricing, and shelf presentation while ensuring a smooth, efficient shopping journey across duties in GM areas.

The position emphasizes customer service, teamwork, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced retail environment, including nights and weekends. Training is provided to develop skills and career growth within Target.

Qualifications

• Guest service fundamentals and experience supporting a guest-first culture across the store
• Retail fundamentals including department sales trends, inventory management, and process efficiency
• Ability to stock, organize and store reserve product and maintain product availability
• Flexibility to work a varied schedule including nights, weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience delivering on commitments
• Help guests find what they need and resolve issues to ensure a smooth shopping experience
• Stock, organize and store reserve product and straighten merchandise on sales floor
• Maintain product availability on GM categories and assist with in-store operations
• Operate equipment if certified and follow safety policies and procedures
