Job summary

Target is hiring an Overnight Inbound (Stocking) Expert in Marlton, NJ to support general merchandise on the sales floor. You will stock, organize, and straighten merchandise, help maintain product availability, and assist guests with a smooth shopping experience.

The role requires you to be at least 18, work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends, lift up to 44 pounds, and operate scanners and basic store equipment. Training is provided for success in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate using handheld scanners and other technology.
• Willing to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Stock, organize and store reserve product and straighten merchandise on sales floor.
• Maintain product availability on the sales floor for GM categories.
• Assist guests with back-up cashier duties and order pickup when needed.
• Operate safely and in compliance with safety policies while unloading freight.
