Target is hiring Overnight Inbound (Stocking) associates in Brentwood, MO. The role focuses on stocking, inventory accuracy, pricing, and guest service while supporting daily operations.

You will stock shelves, handle shipments, assist guests, and operate scanners and equipment as needed in a dynamic overnight shift. The position requires a welcoming attitude, the ability to work with a team, and flexibility for nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and use scanners.
• Work independently and with a team, resolving guest questions quickly.

Responsibilities

• Stock and organize merchandise on the sales floor and in back stock.
• Support guest services activities including back-up cashier and pickup orders.
• Maintain product availability and assist with shelves, pricing and signing.
• Operate handheld devices and, when certified, powered equipment as needed.
