Target is seeking an Inbound Expert to support General Merchandise operations at our Brentwood, MO location. The role focuses on delivering a friendly guest experience, stocking and organizing the sales floor, and ensuring accurate pricing and product availability.

You will engage with guests, assist peers, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced retail environment. Candidates should be at least 18, able to lift up to 44 pounds, and comfortable using handheld scanners and other tech.

Responsibilities

• Create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience by greeting guests and helping them locate items.
• Stock, organize, and straighten merchandise on the sales floor and maintain product availability.
• Operate handheld scanners and other technology as directed and assist guests with purchases.
