Job summary

Target is hiring an Inbound Expert in a dynamic retail environment in Minnesota. You will deliver an easy and inspiring guest experience, assist guests, stock and maintain product availability, and support back-up cashier duties as needed.

The role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and adaptability in a fast-paced setting, with a flexible schedule including nights and weekends. Training is provided to develop guest-first service skills.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners and other technology.
• Work both independently and with a team.
• Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot.
• Attention to detail and follow multi-step processes.
• Capable of remaining focused in a fast-paced environment and can handle multiple tasks.
• Accurate cash register operations as needed.
• Climb up and down ladders; move merchandise up to 44 pounds.
• Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience by delivering on commitments.
• Help guests find what they need and resolve issues for a smooth shopping experience.
• End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you and support guest services as needed.
• Stock, organize and store reserve product and maintain merchandise availability on the sales floor.
• Safely operate equipment and comply with safety policies and laws.
