Job summary

Target is seeking an Inbound Expert to support General Merchandise operations, ensuring products are properly stocked, priced, and available on the sales floor. You will help guests, maintain a friendly store environment, and assist with checkout and order pickup services.

The role requires an energetic, customer-focused individual who can work independently or with teams, adapt to busy periods, and follow multi-step processes with attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners, and other technology equipment as directed.
• Work both independently and with a team.
• Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot.
• Attention to detail and follow multi-step processes.
• Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within established timeframes.

Responsibilities

• Create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience by delivering on the following commitments.
• Greet guests and assist with finding products or resolving issues for a smooth shopping experience.
• Stock, organize and store reserve product and maintain availability on the sales floor.
• Operate certified equipment and assist with unloading freight or moving merchandise.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pickup and Drive Up.
• Adhere to safety policies, report hazards and maintain compliance.
