Job summary

Target is seeking an Inbound Expert in General Merchandise to support guest experiences on the sales floor. You will greet guests, help them find products, and ensure inventory accuracy, pricing and signing across GM areas.

You may operate powered equipment if certified and assist with back-up cashier duties during peak times. The role requires a welcoming attitude, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, or holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners.
• Work both independently and with a team.
• Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot.
• Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist in locating products or resolving issues.
