Job summary

Target is seeking an Inbound Expert to help guests and teammates in a fast-paced General Merchandise environment. You will assist guests, stock shelves, manage in-store processes, and support store operations with a friendly, guest-first approach.

The role emphasizes teamwork, flexibility, and problem solving, with duties including greeting customers, locating items, and maintaining inventory accuracy. Training is provided to build skills for future growth within Target.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and other team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners.
• Work both independently and with a team.
• Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot.
• Attention to detail and follow multi-step processes.
• Capable of remaining focused in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks.

• Create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience by delivering on commitments: greet guests, assist others, and resolve issues.
• Help guests find what they need or resolve issues to ensure smooth shopping.
• End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you and maintain a positive attitude.
• Support peers and adapt to business needs to deliver an easy, inspiring guest experience.
• Sort, stock, and organize merchandise on the sales floor, maintaining product availability.
• Operate equipment safely as certified, unload freight, and handle defective merchandise.
