Job summary

Target is seeking an Inbound Expert in Miami to create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience by greeting customers, helping them find what they need, resolving issues, and treating every interaction with care.

The role supports GM areas, keeps products in stock and accurately priced, and may assist with back-up cashier duties, Drive Up orders, and freight handling using handheld scanners. Flexibility to work nights, weekends and peak times is required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners and other technology equipment as directed.
• Work independently and with a team.
• Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes.
• Capable of remaining focused in a fast-paced environment and handling multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Create an Easy, Inspiring and Friendly guest experience by delivering on key commitments: greet guests, assist locating products, and resolve issues to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
• End each guest interaction with a sincere thank you and support peers to maintain a positive attitude.
• Maintain product availability on the sales floor for GM categories and assist with restocking and merchandising as needed.
• Operate in a safe manner, follow safety policies, and comply with training; support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pick up and Drive up.
• Handle cash register operations and assist with occasional freight loading/unloading when certified.
