Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners and other technology.
• Work both independently and with a team.
• Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot.
• Attention to detail and follow a multi-step processes.
• Capable of remaining focused in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Execute sorting operations accurately and efficiently.
• Stock, organize and store reserve product and straighten merchandise on sales floor.
• Maintain product availability on GM categories.
• Operate powered equipment for unloading freight or moving merchandise.
• Process defective merchandise and ESIM items per laws and regs.
• Support guest services including back-up cashier and pickup options.
