Job summary

Target is seeking an Inbound Expert to help ensure General Merchandise areas are stocked, accurately priced, and ready for guests on the sales floor.

You will greet guests, assist with finding items, process transactions support, stock and organize merchandise, and uphold safety and compliance in a busy retail environment. The role involves lifting up to 44 pounds, flexible hours including nights and weekends, and on-the-job training with benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members.
• Ability to communicate on handheld scanners and other technology.
• Work independently and with a team.
• Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot.
• Attention to detail and follow multi-step processes.
• Capable of lifting up to 44 pounds and working in varying temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring guest experience by delivering on commitments.
• Greet guests and help them find items or resolve issues.
• Maintain product availability on the sales floor for GM categories.
• Stock, organize, and store merchandise and keep areas tidy.
• Operate scanners and assist with back-up cashier duties if needed.
• Support team efforts and maintain a compliant safety culture.
• All other duties as needed based on business needs.
