Job summary

Target is hiring an Inbound Expert to help guests on the General Merchandise floor. You will greet guests, assist with finding products, and process transactions with accuracy and courtesy.

In this fast-paced role you’ll stock, organize, and replenish merchandise, operate scanners, and support team members across shifts, including nights and weekends. Training starts on day one to help you grow with the Target team.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and team members
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners
• Work both independently and with a team
• Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot
• Attention to detail and follow multi-step processes
• Capability to remain focused in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with needs to ensure a smooth shopping experience
• Help guests find products and resolve issues
• Stock, organize and store merchandise on the sales floor
• Maintain product availability for GM categories
• Operate cash register and scan items as needed
• Support guest services such as checkout and pickup services
• Maintain safety and compliance in daily tasks
