Job summary

Target is hiring an Inbound Expert to help guests find what they need and resolve issues quickly. You will support stocking, pricing, and signing on the sales floor while maintaining a friendly, efficient shopping experience.

This role requires a flexible schedule and physical work, including lifting and moving merchandise, with strict adherence to safety and guest service standards. You will be part of a team focused on accuracy, speed, and guest satisfaction, handling transactions when needed

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners.
• Work independently and with a team.
• Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot.
• Attention to detail and follow multi-step processes.

Responsibilities
