Job summary

Target is seeking an Inbound Expert to support General Merchandise and guest experiences on the sales floor. You will greet guests, assist with questions, stock merchandise, and ensure product availability while maintaining a clean, safe shopping environment.

This role requires strong communication, a welcoming attitude, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends. Handheld scanners and other store tech are used daily.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners.

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring and friendly guest experience.
• Greet guests at 10ft and 4ft zones.
• Help guests find what they need and resolve issues for a smooth shopping experience.
• End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you.
• Support team efforts and assist peers while staying positive and respectful.
• Maintain product availability on the sales floor for GM categories.
• Stock, organize and store reserve product and straighten merchandise.
