Job summary

Target is seeking an Inbound Expert to support General Merchandise by delivering a friendly guest experience and ensuring product is in stock, priced, and signed. You will greet guests, help locate items, and assist teammates while upholding safety and compliance standards.

The role requires a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and problem solving in a fast-paced store environment. Training is provided.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older
• Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and team members
• Ability to communicate on multiple devices and operate scanners
• Work independently and with a team
• Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot
• Attention to detail and follow multi-step processes
• Capable of remaining focused in a fast-paced environment and multitask

Responsibilities

• Create an easy, inspiring guest experience and greet guests at various distances
• Help guests find items and resolve issues for a smooth shopping experience
• End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you
• Support peers in other areas while maintaining a positive attitude
• Stock, organize and store reserve product and ensure availability on the sales floor
• Operate safety-conscious procedures and follow checkout and drive-up policies
