Accor's Fairmont Scottsdale Princess is seeking an Overnight In Room Dining Order Taker to provide warm, efficient service, with strong menu knowledge and timely delivery of guest orders. You will maintain top-notch phone etiquette and guest engagement in a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates bring prior F&B service experience, familiarity with POS systems, and excellent communication and teamwork skills to ensure guest satisfaction and adherence to safety standards.

Qualifications

• Previous Food & Beverage service experience required.
• Previous Point of Sale System experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities.
• Highly responsible & reliable.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment.
• Ability to work cohesively as part of a team.
• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.
• Able to work flexible shifts, evenings, weekends & holidays.

Responsabilités

• Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service.
• Assist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way.
• Maintain proper telephone etiquette at all times.
• Have full knowledge of beverage lists.
• Record guest orders accurately and efficiently while honoring all special requests.
• Follow outlet policies, procedures and service standards.
• Have full knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methods.
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage.
• Serve as an In Room Dining Server as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
