Job summary

Fairmont Scottsdale Princess is seeking an In Room Dining Server to deliver warm, attentive service and beverage knowledge, ensuring timely and enjoyable meals for our guests.

You will build guest rapport, know the full menu and beverage lists, and follow safety and service standards. The role requires flexible shifts, a focus on guest needs, and teamwork within our Heartists team.

Qualifications

• Previous Food & Beverage service experience required.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Able to work flexible shifts, evenings, weekends & holidays.
• Able to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment.
• Adhere to Fairmont Scottsdale Princess Grooming Guidelines.
• Strong guest-focused attitude and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional, friendly and engaging service.
• Assist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way.
• Have full knowledge of all beverage lists.
• Deliver food and beverage in a timely and accurate manner.
• Pickup orders efficiently from the kitchen.
• Check outgoing orders for quality and accuracy of setup.
• Have full knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methods.
• Follow outlet policies, procedures and service standards.
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage.
• Other duties as assigned.

Our guests are always at home here at the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess – and their In Room Dining experience is no exception. As an In Room Dining Server providing warm service, efficiency and knowledge of our menu offerings, you will ensure the timeliness and enjoyment of every memorable meal.
