Job summary

Waldorf Astoria Orlando, a Hilton luxury property, seeks a Part-Time In-Room Dining Cashier to join the Food and Beverage team. Surrounded by the Walt Disney Resort, this Forbes 4-Star hotel offers a refined guest experience and a variety of outlets, including in-room dining.

The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, can multitask in a fast-paced setting, and is excited to learn. Previous F&B or cashier experience is preferred but not required; in-room dining is a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior food and beverage or cashier experience is preferred but not required, in-room dining experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Delight our guests with an upbeat and friendly attitude in all interactions.
• Answer Room Service calls promptly and handle guest requests.
• Take orders accurately and input into the POS system with attention to detail.
• Learn menu items, promotions and specials to answer questions confidently.
• Upsell food and beverage items and promotions when appropriate.
• Process payments accurately and reconcile checks per guidelines.
