Qualifications

• Ability to transport luggage and assist guests with room orientation.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests: greet and escort arriving and departing guests, transport luggage.
• Handle luggage with care: retrieve, transport, organize, and store luggage per standards.
• Assist with guest transport: operate property vehicles to move guests to/from destinations.
• Maintain equipment standards: keep bell carts and work areas clean and in good order.
