Hilton's Waldorf Astoria Monarch Beach Resort & Club in Dana Point is seeking an In Room Dining Order Taker to join our F&B team. This part-time role handles guest calls, takes orders, and ensures payments are processed accurately.

You will learn the menu, upsell items, and deliver warm hospitality to guests for memorable stays. Availability weekdays, weekends, and holidays is required; pay is $18.90 per hour with a $1,000 sign-on bonus after six months.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or food and beverage preferred.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to upsell menu items and promote promotions.

Responsibilities

• Delight our guests with a friendly attitude and proactive service.
• Answer Room Service calls promptly and handle guest requests.
• Take and input orders accurately into the POS system.
• Learn menu details, promotions, and specials to assist guests.
• Upsell food and beverage offerings and promotions.
• Process payments accurately and reconcile checks.
