Job summary

Four Seasons Resort Orlando at Walt Disney World Resort is seeking an In-Room Dining Server (Temporary) with 1-2 years of Food & Beverage experience to deliver exceptional service in guest rooms or suites. This full-time temporary role covers September 2026 to December 1, 2026.

Responsibilities include serving menu items to rooms, providing attentive knowledge of offerings, and maintaining a courteous, professional demeanor to ensure guest satisfaction during a three-month contract with

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience as In-Room Dining Server or similar role.
• Willingness to provide service to residents, guests and peers.
• Good organizational skills with ability to work independently.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays; fluent in English; legal US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Provide knowledge of food & beverage items and preparation methods.
• Assist and serve food, drinks, and amenities to guest rooms and suites.
• Respond to all interactions in a courteous, efficient and professional manner to maximize customer satisfaction.
