Tempus Unlimited, Inc. is seeking an Overnight Individual and Home Support worker to assist a Consumer in living independently in the community.

This part-time overnight role includes some awake and asleep hours, with a $20 per hour rate on Thursdays and Fridays, 12am–6am, every other week. You will provide ADL support, meal planning, medication assistance, light housekeeping, and help with adaptive equipment such as Hoyer lifts and a motorized wheelchair.

Competenze

• Hoyer lift experience required.
• PCA and IHS experience required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• CPR / First Aid Certification.
• High School degree or equivalent.

Mansioni

• ADL Tasks: assist with daily living activities and personal care.
• Meal prep and planning within consumer's preferences and budget.
• Medication administration assistance as directed.
• Light housekeeping and laundry as needed.
• Use adaptive equipment such as Hoyer lifts and motorized wheelchair.
• Document shift activities and update task logs.
• Report safety concerns to supervisor and DPPC/DPPC as required.
