UCHealth in Aurora, CO, is hiring an overnight Critical Care Clinical Pharmacist to provide comprehensive medication management for ICU patients. The role supports multiple ICUs and progressive care units on a seven-on/seven-off schedule, nights, onsite only.

The pharmacist will collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and other pharmacists to maximize therapeutic benefits and minimize toxicities, with emphasis on medication therapy management and drug information resources.

Qualificações

• Bachelor of Pharmacy degree required and active pharmacist licensure.
• State licensure and relevant life support certifications.
• Night shift with overnight coverage in ICU requires independent judgment.
