Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy degree (PharmD).
• Pharmacy residency (PGY1) plus 1 year of ICU experience or PGY1 plus PGY2 or 5 years ICU experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide pharmacotherapeutic and pharmacokinetic consults.
• Lead clinical rounds in ICU and Emergency Department.
• Educate patients and staff on pharmacotherapy.
• Ensure safety, effectiveness, and cost considerations in patient care.
• Mentor staff, residents, and students.
• Participate in quality improvement and MUE activities.
