Minimum requirements include a PharmD or Bachelor of Pharmacy, CO pharmacist licensure, and life support certification; a PGY2 in critical care or PGY1 with ICU experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy required.
• State licensure as a Pharmacist and any relevant life support certification as determined at position level.
