Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational functions for residence halls including key management, room checks, and housekeeping coordination.
• Supervise 4-8 resident assistants and desk staff.
• Identify, recruit and train resident staff; monitor performance per department goals.
• Support student wellbeing and mediation; coordinate with Counseling Services as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality of student records and incident reports.
