Job summary

Southeast Community College invites applications for a Residence Life Coordinator (FT) to manage day-to-day operations of student housing in Milford and supervise residence hall staff. This live-in role supports safety, conduct, and programming within on-campus housing.

The incumbent will train RAs, enforce policies, coordinate inspections, and promote engaging activities while ensuring resident welfare. Evening/weekend supervision, 40-hour week, and apartment housing are included.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One year of experience working with students in a college environment.
• Live-in housing arrangement is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and train resident assistants.
• Enforce housing policies and conduct expectations.
• Maintain student files and housing records.
• Coordinate room inspections and safety checks.
• Promote residence life and coordinate housing activities.
• Assist with check-in/check-out and housing applications.
