Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Residential life experience required.

• Supervise 8 to 16 Resident Advisors.
• Coordinate student conduct processes and crises.
• Develop and implement community development and educational curriculum.
• Collaborate with campus departments to support residents.
• Maintain records and reports for staff and residents.
