MCR Hotels is seeking an Overnight Housekeeping Manager to supervise the deep night shift under the direction of the Executive Housekeeper. The role focuses on staffing, training, scheduling, and ensuring compliance with cleanliness standards across guestrooms, meeting rooms and public spaces.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of housekeeping management experience in a full-service hotel, strong English communication, and proficiency in MS Outlook and Excel.

Qualifications

• Proficient in MS Outlook and Excel.
• Strong command of the English language, both spoken and written.
• Bi-lingual skills are a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Performs human resource functions for staff, including recruiting, training, scheduling, counseling, and appraising performance.
• Supervises the deep night shift and ensures policy adherence.
• Maintains compliance with housekeeping policies, standards, and procedures.
